I hear this time and again

Hi Hello Reader,

The other day I was talking with a friend. She's a breast cancer survivor that finished active treatment about 4 months ago. Her hair has grown back and thankfully, she is feeling much better. One thing she talks about every time we visit is the uncomfortable neuropathy in her hands and feet.

She is not the only one! Do you know someone dealing with the uncomfortable tingling, numbness or pain in the hands and feet. A different woman I know that finished active cancer treatment 3 years ago, describes it as "like walking on sharp rocks". Peripheral Neuropathy is one of the most common, lingering side effect of cancer treatment.

So, what are they to do?

In my two latest blog posts I outlines some ways that can help. As a general rule we want to 1, reduce any pain and discomfort, 2, get life energy (called prāņa in yoga), flowing smoothly, and 3, revitalize the nervous system.

You can find the full discussions in these 2 links below. I hope you find them helpful.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions for you or someone you know. I am happy to help.

Many Blessings

Annie

Hello Reader, Did you know, the same Cayenne powder you use as a spice is my first go-to for nerve pain. This simple herb is recommended for neuropathy of all types including chemotherapy induced neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, the pain of shingles, and more. It even helps with the pain of rheumatoid arthritis, joint and muscle pain, toothache, and migraine. When cayenne is applied externally, it helps block the transmission of pain from the nerves to the brain AND increases one’s sense of...
